JGrand’s Savvy Grandparents- Schmooze, Discuss and Learn
October 11, 2023 @ 6:30 PM – 8:00 PM EDT
Join us for an evening of schmoozing and a supportive discussion just for
grandparents. This session will be facilitated by Susie Kamen, LMSW, CIRT,
SILC. This program was first started November 2022 and was offered the 2nd
Wednesday of every month through June. We got such great feedback we are
starting up again!
_“Teaching people effective tools for communicating sets people up for
success and connection. It is something that can be learned and implemented
everywhere in your life.” – _Susie Kamen
Open discussion on topics such as:
* Communication with our adult children
* New parenting styles
* Developing meaningful relationships with grandchildren living long distance
* Navigating the complexity of multi-faith grandchildren
People returning to this group and new participants are welcome! Registration
required. Cost $18 per household. Snacks provided.
