It’s the final edition of our Native Plant Exploration Series! Once again
joined by local native plant expert Esha Biswas, come spend the evening with
us talking about what we can do with end-of-season flowers. Spoiler alert: we
can weave the seed heads into beautiful tapestries to help feed the birds all
winter! We’ll learn about what the transition into autumn means both for our
wildlife friends and in the broader context of Jewish wisdom. Participants
will leave with their own completed weaving project and a renewed appreciation
for paying attention to Jewish time.
Due to the generosity of Adamah’s Seal of Sustainability and Shomrei Adamah
programs, there is no cost to attend this program. Advanced registration is
required as space is limited. This event is intended for young adults in their
20s and 30s.
The Well expects all participants to be vaccinated and boosted against
COVID-19. For those who are not, we ask that you wear a mask while in indoor
spaces. Of course, masks are welcome for all regardless of vaccination status.
