Join Repair the World and Reboot for an intergenerational Valentine’s Mixer!
Hosted at the Durfee Innovation Society, formerly Durfee Middle School,
attendees will have the opportunity to engage with a range of ages in the
community school dance style. Nosh on some heart shaped cookies and sip on the
nostalgia of being in the former Durfee Middle School as you utilize Reboot’s
Silver Screen Studio resource kit to share and compare your Jewish Detroit
story with other generations. Not interested in sharing your story? No
problem! Repair the World will also be providing an education justice social
action project around literacy equality in Detroit. So call your Bubbe and
Zeide, or come to dance with amazing alum around our love for our city.
