Boards by Mongers: A Gen X Experience

**Gen Xers are invited to Temple for a hands-on cheese and charcuterie
experience led by Zach Berg, owner of Mongers’ Provisions.**

Zach will guide us step-by-step in creating a beautifully balanced board,
sharing expert tips on selecting exceptional cheeses, pairing them with the
perfect accompaniments, and arranging everything with style and intention.

Whether you’re hosting friends, planning a holiday gathering, or simply
looking to elevate your entertaining skills, you’ll leave with practical
techniques, pairing confidence, and plenty of delicious inspiration.

Guests will then create their own cheese and charcuterie board to take home.
Each beautifully arranged board feeds two people and includes five cheeses and
all the fixings.

Cost: Temple Members: $75; Non-members: $85

GenX programming is geared toward ages 40-64.
