Join the Downtown Synagogue and Congregation T’chiyah for our annual evening
of Jewish learning as we celebrate the Torah as an expansive, living body of
wisdom through various workshops led by community members. Together we’ll
experience learning in all kinds of formats. From traditional text study to
dance, music, and art, there’s something for everyone!
Dinner, snacks, and refreshments will be provided and available throughout the
night. As this event takes place in private homes in the Woodbridge
neighborhood of Detroit, **advance registration is required and is requested
by Tuesday, May 19 at midnight.** The full schedule of sessions and all
addresses will be sent to registrants the day before the event.
Our first session will begin at 5pm with dinner at 6pm. Afterwards, sessions
will continue every hour until 1am. Children’s programming will be available
from 5pm-9pm.
Registration is available at a sliding scale for adults and children,
including no cost tickets. Please choose the ticket that works best for you.
All participants will enjoy the same event experience regardless of amount
paid.
