of the lesser known, yet equally important figures, organizations, and
milestones in the fight for women’s right to vote in the 19th and 20th
centuries. From indigenous practices to the passing of the Voting Rights Acts
of 1965, discover the work of women and organizations across the United States
who fought for universal suffrage beyond the 19th amendment.
