Join the Artmaking Studio Staff from the Detroit Institute of Arts and Mackenzie Steele, LMSW, CDP for an engaging and interactive presentation exploring the connections between art and brain health. Participants will learn how creative expression and art observation can support cognitive wellness, boost emotional well-being and social connection. The DIA Studio Staff will also facilitate a simple and fun drawing activity, Initial Tiles, which is designed to help participants relax and engage their creativity.
