A Day in the D

Get ready to enjoy a summer day with Beth Ahm friends in the D. We’ll meet at
Milliken State Park (1900 Atwater Street) – part of the Detroit Riverwalk.

Arrive at 10:00am to experience the history of Eastern Market. This optional
walking tour will be led by a docent from the Jewish Historical Society.

Everyone is invited to join at noon for a delicious picnic lunch with
activities and games in the park. $10 per person for lunch and children under
12 are free. _ _

After lunch, at 1:30pm, join the group for an optional bike ride to Belle Isle
(a limited number of bikes are available to rent).
