Torah Readings **

The incredible Torah readings of Tishrei should be more than just a welcome
rest stop between the “real” parts of the High Holiday and Yom Tov services.

* If Abraham & Sarah are the exemplars of chessed/kindness, how could they kick Hagar & Yishmael out of their home and send them into the barren desert???
* Did Abraham **really** think God wanted him to kill Yitzchak in cold blood-and then return home?!?!? +
* And how can these readings connect to and elevate our holiday experiences???

We will explore together these and other challenging and enriching ideas as we
