The Jewish Federation of Metropolitan Detroit is thrilled to be one of over 50 Federations participating in this amazing night of culinary inspiration! We will join Jewish communities from across North America for a one-of-a-kind Passover cooking demonstration with Michael Solomonov, Executive Chef and Co-Owner of Zahav and 2019 James Beard Foundation award winner for Outstanding Restaurant. Chef Solomonov will prepare charoset, mina with ground beef, cardamom and coffee and other dishes that you can recreate at home to take your holiday table to the next level.
