Join us for a hands-on family workshop combining creativity and care for the
planet—make art from recycled materials and take part in Reverse Tashlich, a
meaningful cleanup to help restore our waterways and nature spaces.
We will gather as a group to enjoy the surroundings of Palmer Park and help
clean up the perimeter of serene Lake Frances. Gloves and tools will be
provided. Then our families will get to be creative! We are excited to be
joined by Taylor Beardsall of Solstice Art Therapy to lead families in a fun
and creative eco-art workshop. Materials provided.
Taylor is a Board Certified Art Therapist. She received her BA in Arts and
Humanities from Michigan State University, and her M.Ed from Wayne State

200-hour yoga teacher and received her Concentration in Yoga Therapeutics from

informed youth yoga instructor through YogaCalm. She also is a certified Life
