The story of a team of female African-American mathematicians who served a
vital role in NASA during the early years of the U.S. space program.
The visionary trio crossed all gender and racial lines and inspired
generations.
** _Freedom Writers _– December 20, 1:30 p.m.**
A young teacher inspires her class of at-risk students to learn tolerance,
apply themselves and pursue education beyond high school.
** _The Other Son_ – January 17, 2024, 1:30 p.m.**
Complex repercussions face two families — one Israeli, one Palestinian —
after learning that their sons (Jules Sitruk, Mehdi Dehbi) were accidentally
