**Infinite Potential Coaching and Yellow Sun Healing Present:**
**Art/Yoga/Inspiration Workshop**
Join Kelly Frank and Laurie Greenberg for a unique experience merging art,
yoga, coaching, and community in this afternoon workshop taking place inside
the Janice Charach Art Gallery at The J in West Bloomfield. The show on
exhibit, _Recollections_ , centers on nostalgia: the sentimental wistful
affection for the past. Recollections will feature artworks of all media that
reminisce on memories. Workshop participants will be invited to interact with
the art on a more personal level to create a deeper connection to their
history, curiosity, creativity, and vision for the future. Kelly will lead the
group through a yoga practice within the beautiful gallery space, and Laurie
will guide an inspired conversation with personal and actionable takeaways.
Each guest will receive a sketchbook and art supplies for the workshop. Please
be assured no level of artistic or yoga experience is necessary! This workshop
is meant to be fun, relaxing, spark your own artistic ideas and help create
your vision for the future. Soup is the ultimate warm, cozy, nostalgic food.
Guests will enjoy a _Soup Bar_ of yum to top of this special afternoon!
_Tickets $105 each, with 25 Available, pre-registration is required._
*A portion of each ticket will support The Janice Charach Art Gallery
