**About the author:**(https://lynnegolodner.com) spent 15
years as a journalist in New York, Washington, D.C., and Detroit, and has been
a marketing entrepreneur for nearly 2 decades. She earned an MFA in Writing
from Goddard College, and she has taught writing in universities and around
the world for decades. In 2023 Lynne published her first novel, _Woman of
Valor_ , after 2 poetry collections and 6 non-fiction titles on various
topics. This is Lynne’s 10th book. The mother of four young adults, she lives
in Huntington Woods, Michigan with her husband Dan.
