Dementia Friendly Memory Cafe

Join us at the Memory Cafe, where **people living with dementia and their
family caregivers** gather monthly to find connection and camaraderie. Enjoy
engaging activities, entertainment, and light refreshments.

This program is a part of the Caring Connections Neighborhood Hub (CCNH).
Other CCNH programs include dementia-friendly films at The Berman, cognitive
strengthening classes, and support classes for caregivers.
