Loss is an unavoidable part of life, but that doesn’t make it any less devastating. Having the right tools and support can make a difference as you move through your personal journey. Join our grief and loss support group where you’ll find comfort and camaraderie. This 8-session group, for women 60+, will be led by Jewish Family Service licensed clinicians Mayim Meyers, LMSW, and Cici Syms, LMSW, and will focus on:
• Providing a safe and supportive space to acknowledge and begin to process grief
• Teaching coping skills
• Explaining the non-linear process of grief
• Instilling increased understanding of typical and complex grief
• Establishing connections with others in a similar place
