It’s Shabbat made simple: join us for a quick-hit, 1-hour soul session for
young adults, filled with meditation, stretching, song, and ritual as we
welcome Shabbat and unwind at the end of the week.
Shabbat is an invitation to pause, ground ourselves and imagine a world that
could be – and these days it is not absent from pain and grief. On this
Shabbat before Tisha B’Av, a traditional day of mourning, we are bringing
special attention and space for grief while building our capacity for love and
joy.
We’ll gather on Friday, August 9th at 6:00PM at the Boston Tea Room in
Ferndale in a private room to simply enter, pray, and leave.
There is no cost to attend due to the generosity of donors, but we ask that
you register so we can plan for the appropriate number of people.
