FRIENDS Jewish Tour of the DIA

The tour will be led by Barbara Cohn, a DIA docent, author and VP with Jewish
Historical Society of Michgian. Learn the stories of the many Jewish artists
and the history of featured artworks. Experience the DIA in a new and
meaningful way…
* art that was once confiscated by the Nazi
* Hebrew writing on paintings
* artwork by Jewish women
* bible stories
* art with local Jewish connections
Meet at Adat Shalom at 9:45am to carpool followed by a 1.5 hour walking tour
