Gray Matters: Planting Seeds for Brain Health

August 21 @ 1:00 PM 2:30 PM EDT

Flowers bring joy and beauty to our everyday lives. They also bring tremendous sensory input to our brains and enhance mood, both of which are critical to brain health. Join us for this in-person workshop as Brittany Denis PT, DPT, RES-CPT, provides an overview of the many ways flowers and gardening stimulate our minds. As a bonus, there will be an interactive demonstration on the creative art of floral arranging where all participants will be able to create a small bouquet to take home.
