Kids Kehillah

March 28 @ 11:15 AM12:00 PM EDT

Kids Kehillah is a new song-filled Shabbat service for kids ages ~6-10, with
engaging and age-appropriate learning about the prayers, Torah portion, and/or
relevant holidays. This monthly program will allow our elementary schoolers to
build community with each other, deepen their Jewish learning, and have fun
doing it!

We’ll be using the siddur Mishkan T’filah for Youth as our guiding resource.
No prior knowledge is needed. Kids Kehillah will take place from
11:15am-12:00pm in a separate space, while services in our main sanctuary are
underway. Shortly after 12:00pm, we’ll head upstairs to join the adults for
the end of our main Shabbat service, and then we’ll all reconvene on the 1st
floor for Kiddush and lunch. Parents are welcome to join for Kids Kehillah but
aren’t required – feel free to stay in the main service!

This month, Rabbi Silverman will lead Kids Kehillah and highlight the
traditions, rituals, and liturgy of Passover.

Mark your calendars for future sessions, all led by Rabbi Benjamin Altshuler:

Saturday, April 25

Saturday, May 23

Saturday, June 27

Advance registration is appreciated so we can prepare for the right number of
people.
