Mitzvah Day at Bridging Communities

Bridging Communities is dedicated to supporting older adults living
independently in Detroit and the surrounding area. Their programs focus on
helping seniors age in place with dignity through services that reduce
isolation and meet essential needs.
On Mitzvah Day (Christmas Day), volunteers will receive assigned routes and
deliver hot meals to homebound seniors, bringing nourishment, companionship,
and holiday cheer to those who might otherwise be alone.
