ORIGINS OF JEWISH ASTROLOGY: A MICHIGAN VIEW OF THE SKY

April 2, 2023 @ 9:30 AM 3:30 PM EDT

Join us for an out-of-this-world, in-person experience in Flint! We have teamed up Longway Planetarium and Flint Jewish Federation to learn about Jewish astrology and what the night sky looked like in the days of Michigan’s earliest Jewish residents.

Plus, view From Darkness to Light: Mosaics Inspired by Tragedy, in memory of the victims and survivors of the 2018 Tree of Life Congregation violence in Pittsburgh.

Plus, explore either the totally re-imagined and rebuilt Sloan Museum of Discovery or The Flint Institute of Arts.

Hop the bus in West Bloomfield at 9:30am or meet us at the planetarium at 10:30am. Kosher lunch included. Program concludes at 2:30pm. The bus will arrive in West Bloomfield at 3:30pm.
