Postpartum Support Group

A free, 6-week support group for new moms (with babies 0-12 months) to come
together to share their experiences, give and receive support, and learn about
helpful tools and resources for postpartum wellness. Topics discussed will
include stress, adjustment to parenting, postpartum depression/anxiety, and
self-care. Lap babies welcome!
Meetings will take place weekly on Friday mornings from 9:30-11am from October
13th through November 17th at Aish Detroit in Oak Park.
