A FREE support group for new moms (with babies 0-6 months) to come together to share their experiences, give and receive support, and learn about helpful tools and resources for postpartum wellness. Topics discussed will include stress, adjustment to parenting, postpartum depression/anxiety, and self-care. Lap babies welcome!
Wednesdays from 1-3pm starting July 20 through August 24 at Nature’s Playhouse in Ferndale
