Postpartum Support Group

Jewish Family Service invites you to join a FREE 6-week support group for moms (with babies 0-12 months)to come together to share their experiences, give and receive support, and learn about helpful tools and resources for postpartum wellness. Topics discussed will include stress and anxiety, adjusting to motherhood, body image, navigating relationships, and self-care.

Wednesdays, 1-2:30pm

Meets May 6, 13, 20, 27, June 3, 10
