Rosh Hashanah Challah Bake with the Challah Prince

We are so excited to welcome The Challah Prince, Idan Chabasov (@challahprince
on Instagram) to Detroit for a special pre-Rosh Hashanah challah bake! You’ll
leave this hands-on workshop with a gorgeously braided challah to bake at
home, and feel ready to jump into the High Holiday season!

This unique workshop is open to everyone ages 10 and up. Due to the generosity
of donors, subsidized tickets are available for $18 per person. Tickets for
children who plan to share a challah-braiding station with their grown-up are
available for $10 each. _In addition to the registration fee, we ask all
participants to bring a challah baking ingredient of their choice to donate to
the Detroit Community Fridge (flour, sugar, yeast, eggs, honey, raisins,
chocolate chips, etc.)._

We’ll begin at 6:30pm with dessert bites and drinks, followed by Idan’s
captivating demonstrations and our own braiding! We’ll close with a quick
moment of community learning and wrap up between 8:30 and 9:00pm.
