**Adat Shalom presents: Lillian E. Kaufman Memorial Concert _Stars of David_**
Based on Abigail Pogrebin’s best-selling book _Stars of David: Prominent Jews
talk About Being Jewish_ , the musical _Stars of David_ adapts the stories of
well-known American Jews into humorous and touching songs. Among the
personalities celebrated are Joan Rivers, Leonard Nimoy, Larry King, Fran
Drescher, Kenneth Cole, and Ruth Bader Ginsburg.
Performed by Hazzan Gross and other cantors from across the country, this
entertaining musical program will have you laughing, crying, and relating to
stories of what it’s like to be Jewish in America.
