Come connect with others who have had similar experiences in a warm, supportive environment (limit of 10 participants) where you will find camaraderie and gain skills for your journey forward.
You will have the opportunity to:
• Reflect and connect with others in similar situations
• Learn strategies and coping skills for self-care
• Gain assertive communication skills and strategies for advocating for yourself
• Explore ways to nurture healthy relationships
• Feel empowered and embrace your personal strengths
