Join us for the launch of The Loop, our new initiative focused on engaging
with and bringing together Jews living in the westernmost suburbs of Detroit
(think Walled Lake, Northville, Novi, Commerce Township, Plymouth). We’re
hitting the town and getting a taste of Northville’s growing restaurant scene
with a progressive, strolling dinner down Main Street. Come meet your
neighbors and find out who else has a mezuzah on your side of town. Special
guest Robbie Terman, Director of the Leonard N. Simons Jewish Community
Archives, will share a bissel of history on the movement of Detroit’s Jews to
the western suburbs. We’ll be walking from eatery to eatery and may dine
outdoors, so please dress to be comfortable.
$36 per person includes appetizers, dinner, drinks and desserts.
Please register by September 25.
