Music is pervasive in our society, affecting the physical, emotional, cognitive, social and spiritual aspects of our lives. This presentation will provide insight into the fascinating ways music influences our brains and behavior. Join us as Jody Conradi Stark, Music Therapist and Will Haapaniemi, Violinist, both with the Detroit Symphony Orchestra, share expertise and perform pieces demonstrating how music can move us, both physically and emotionally.
