SUMMARY:Family Caregiver Support Group
DESCRIPTION:Taking care of a loved one can be challenging. Jewish Family Service wants to help. \n  \nYou are invited to join a supportive network of people who understand the challenges and rewards of caregiving in our Family Caregiver Support Group. This weekly group will provide a welcoming\, judgement-free place to connect\, share experiences and help one another through the stresses of caregiving. \nTopics may include: \n• Avoiding isolation and loneliness  \n• Reducing stress and low mood \n• Preventing caregiver burnout \n• Learning about helpful resources \n• Boosting caregiver confidence \n• Planning for the future \nThursdays from 2:30-3:30 pm  \n6 sessions starting on Thursday\, April 16 and continuing on April 30\, May 7\, 14\, 21\, 28 \n Jewish Family Service  |  6555 West Maple Road\, West Bloomfield  \nTo register\, email familycaregiversupport@jfsdetroit.org \n  \nQuestions?
