DESCRIPTION:Living with a loved one on the dementia journey can make us wonder about our own cognitive health. Mind University’s proven cognitive training classes are fun\, interactive and translate to real-world results. While you take time to sharpen your mind\, your loved one will be engaged in a class just right for them. \nClasses target and challenge six critical cognitive functions with increasing speed and difficulty as sessions progress. \nMondays and Thursdays starting March 2 at 11am \nClasses run for 12 weeks and are held at The J. \nInterested?
