Hop the bus to meet up with “up north” friends in Traverse City, Charlevoix, Petoskey, Mackinaw City, and Alpena. Learn about the region’s long and storied Jewish history. Experience firsthand the enduring richness of Jewish life in the north. Highlights include visits to Congregation Beth Shalom (Traverse City), Temple B’nai Israel (Petoskey), and Temple Beth-El (Alpena), plus a special tour of Fort Michilimackinac, where Michigan’s earliest Jews settled in the 1760s.
