Jewish Young Adults Join Gesher Human Services for Spring Clean Up

Join Jewish Young Adults from all over Detroit, Repair the World, Mezuzah,
NEXTGen Detroit, and Isaac Agree Downtown Synagogue as we team up with Gesher
Human Services for a morning of hands-on service. Together, we’ll help
beautify the homes of individuals living with mental health challenges —
planting flowers, pulling weeds, laying mulch, and more. No experience needed
and all are welcome.

We’ll gather between 9-9:30am at Gesher’s Clubhouse for the Common Good for
breakfast and orientation before heading out to homes across Southfield, Oak
Park, West Bloomfield, and Farmington Hills. Please note that transportation
to the homes is not provided, so plan accordingly. This is a meaningful
opportunity to show up for our neighbors and take action in pursuit of a more
just world. Wear comfortable clothing and closed-toe shoes, bring some water,
and come ready to get your hands dirty.
