Tot Shabbat

Tot Shabbats at Downtown Synagogue are back, baby!

We are so excited to welcome Lindsay Mall, early childhood educator and local
celebrity amongst the 5 and under crowd, to make music with us and celebrate
Shabbat in a meaningful way for the youngest members of our community!

Beginning at 11:00am, families with young children (~0-5 years old) are
invited to join us in our 1st floor Community Room. We’ll have sensory play
and independent activities to enjoy while everyone arrives and settles in, and
then we’ll begin our musical Shabbat song session around 11:20am. Shortly
after 12pm, we’ll head upstairs to the sanctuary to join the adults for the
end of their Shabbat service, and then we’ll all reconvene on the 1st floor
for Kiddush and lunch.

Due to the generosity of donors, there is no charge to attend, though advance
registration is appreciated so we can prepare for the right number of people.
